Are there any wine producers looking for a marketing event to give more local brand exposure and to build stronger connections with the desired target customers in SA? I have an event that would do just that and it would be for the benefit of a Cancer Organisation here in SA. It would comprise of a six course degustation menu with each course paired with the wine producers own wines and it would be a paid for event to cover the event costs and using art to raise funds for the cancer organisation. A marketing team would be needed with good resources to put this together as there is quite a lot of work involved. This event would work particularly well in Johannesburg and there after could be played out in Cape Town using the same template.
People like to feel connected to a product, which would be achieved by the 6 course food and wine tasting, and an enjoyable and emotional experience is more memorable and easily embedded into the mind that any other form of advertising spend.
