Bosman Wines, situated in Wellington, is looking for an independent self-starter with a proven track record, good negotiation skills, excellent commercial ability, and business acumen to join their dynamic team as Regional Wine Sales Manager, based in Gauteng.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to: *driving implementation of defined strategies to improve sales *growing brand awareness, volume, and market share with efficiency *developing new avenues of opportunity within the on- and off-trade sector *liaison with internal and external business networks & stakeholders *achievement of set performance goals *working closely with the Senior Sales Manager to evaluate and develop new business opportunities *driving monthly and quarterly business processes to meet targets *providing timely reporting and analysis that relates to budget and sales market strategy reviews *all other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales Management or Business required, WSET level 2 diploma preferable;
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the wine industry, including a strong understanding of brands and branding and a thorough understanding of value chains, financial costings, and sales data analysis;
• Wine marketing knowledge and a comprehensive grasp of the South African wine industry and its wine;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
• Driver's license & own reliable transport.
