Dynamic establishment is looking for an Assistant Wine Maker with 3 to 4 years' wine making experience.  SAWIS & IPW.  Ongoing monitoring of ferments and flavours.  Health and Safety compliance.  Management of staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreed or any relevant Wine Making qualification.
