Responsibilities:
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Create and design new product listings.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A proven track record, innovative and solution driven.
- Can thrive under pressure/time constraints.
- Strong computer skills to monitor and report on KPI's.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable transport.
A good level of curiosity, along with a broad world view and cultural understanding. previous experience in the wine or liquor industry will be an advantage.
Renumeration is based on experience and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Starting salary: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month basic, plus commission and incentives
