Inceba Trust is an organisation on a mission to prepare children in body, mind and soul to ensure that they face their future with confidence and courage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • In coordination with the CEO, play a key role in the overall development and strategic planning of programmes
  • Set up and maintain systems, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective programmes
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the successful execution of projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Assist in the compilation of quarterly reports
  • Assist in compiling the annual budget
  • Support CEO to report on the Projects strategy and plans
  • Manage and maintain relationships with partners and beneficiaries
  • Promote the overall implementation of the development vision of Inceba
  • Support and promote organisational culture and ethos
  • Promote staff capacity building and development
  • Administrative duties relevant to the position

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • relevant tertiary qualification
  • passion for children and support the Inceba vision
  • demonstrated skills in leadership, multitasking, and time management
  • proven ability to complete projects to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to effectively manage a team of people and multiple projects
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • advanced computer skills
