Reports to the Country Manager South Africa The operations manager will manage a large team of freight forwarding specialists, both imports and exports multimodal. A minimum of 5-7+ years advanced senior management and leadership experience with relevant tertiary level qualifications required. Candidates must have functioned in a large operations and freight forwarding environment translating the countries business plan into a clear and concise actionable operations plan. The role ensures the improvement of performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the provision of effective strategic methods.
