Join this premium boutique winery and develop, manage and coordinate all hospitality functions in an entrepreneurial and proactive manner. Your duties will range across various aspects of visitor interaction, both creating memorable “first” & returning guest experiences.

The outline as a brief summary:

  1. Accommodation
  • Reservations, revenue management, daily administration, new business
  • Manage owner and guest requirements & expectations
  • Manage the housekeeping staff & service excellence. Overall upkeep of the homestead, the gardens and the presentation
  • Budget & reporting
  • Health & safety
  1. Events – planning, execution and review. Liaison with marketing department to develop new activities in line with the brand strategy and offering. Develop & maintain wine club integration and offering.
  2. Liaison and coordination with all business units on the property. Ie tasting room, winery & farm experiences.

This position requires an appropriate hospitality qualification and at least 5 years’ experience of managing high-end and preferably private residences, including all aspects as mentioned above.

You will be entrepreneurial, proactive, organized, professional, versatile, committed, team player, loyal and honest.

Skills required: excellent communication, interpersonal skills, oriented to detail, operational knowledge, leadership, team building, financial skills and flexibility, ability to work under pressure, discretion
