The Junior Wine Administrator position requires someone that is reliable, meticulous, punctual, efficient and a peoples-person.

This position has an entry level salary.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Have valid driver's license and willing to travel.
  • A matric pass or equivalent is essential Computer literate –Knowledge in Excel is a must
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required.
  • A knowledge of Wine administration and Efiling is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to make the client experience a success
  • Always have a confident yet reassuring manner with clients.
  • Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Be well presented when facing clients
  • Be self-driven and have high energy levels
  • Be organised and assertive
  • Be a logical thinker
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of responsibility
  • Be able to work overtime and on weekends when required
  • Have excellent time management skills as this is required in the management and delivery of daily tasks within the expected timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
