The Junior Wine Administrator position requires someone that is reliable, meticulous, punctual, efficient and a peoples-person.
This position has an entry level salary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Have valid driver's license and willing to travel.
- A matric pass or equivalent is essential Computer literate –Knowledge in Excel is a must
- Basic accounting knowledge is required.
- A knowledge of Wine administration and Efiling is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to make the client experience a success
- Always have a confident yet reassuring manner with clients.
- Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.
- Have good customer service skills
- Be well presented when facing clients
- Be self-driven and have high energy levels
- Be organised and assertive
- Be a logical thinker
- Be able to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of responsibility
- Be able to work overtime and on weekends when required
- Have excellent time management skills as this is required in the management and delivery of daily tasks within the expected timelines

Salary: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
