We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant and Tasting Room Manager to join the team. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and should have good personal presentation. We are looking for a strong personality that must be confident with customer service and able to communicate effectively with a large team. Candidates should also have a good work ethic, motivation, and a sharp eye for detail. Able to work under pressure Key Functions: Assisting the Tasting Room/Restaurant Manager with a large team of part-time staff. Floor management during service. Communication between front and back of house. Focus on the best guest experience.
