We have a position available from February 2024 at our Bottling Company, Paarl-Vallei Botteleringsmaatskappy, in Wellington South AfricaKey responsibilities include: - Process control with wine receipt - Process control with wine dispatch - General cellar hygiene including wine tanks hygiene - Blending of RTD products - Filtration, Ultracooler cold stabilisation and cooling of wine or RTD products - General cellar functions - Application and compliance to Cellar hygiene, safety and food safety requirements - Document control Skills and qualifications: - At least 3 years wine cellar experience - Experience in a wine bottling cellar - At least grade 12 - SKOP training will be an advantage- - Computer literate in MS Word and Excel - Bulk filtration experience will be an advantage Abilities: - Good with Teamwork - Good communication - Be able to work overtime and flexi hours - High standard of work ethic - Medically fit and able to work at heightsAdditional requirement: - Due to requirement to work flexi hours and overtime the candidate must have own transportNote: This is not a wine making position.
