  • Relevant upmarket restaurant management experience in a luxury outlet (4* / 5*)
  • Ability to manage & mentor staff
  • Excellent wine knowledge
  • Computer Literate
  • Own Transport & Valid drivers license
  • Ability to work hospitality hours, including Sundays / Public Holidays


  • Ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide customers with a pleasant dining experiences that live up to brand standards.
  • Staff management
  • Oversee food preparation - ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Attending to customer complaints - resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Estimates food and beverage costs.
  • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
