Hospitality Manager

My client based in the beautiful valley of Franschhoek, requires an experienced and hardworking Hospitality Manager to join the team. You will be entrusted with overseeing all facets of our Hospitality offering....

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Staff Management
• Manage Hospitality budgets (Guest house, Tasting Rooms)
• Oversee estate events
• Retail procurement – appoint relevant suppliers and selection of products
• Liaising with media / VIP clients / guests 
• Assist the Wine Lounge Manager with their duties which include but not limited to tastings, wine, food  sales, cash ups, managing the Wine Lounge staff and managing inventory,
• Manage and oversee all guest cottages to ensure the guest experience is of high standard

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ minimum experience in a hospitality managing position,
• Good people management skills to inspire and lead,
• An unwavering commitment to prioritizing our guests, ensuring every experience is memorable.
• POS System experience beneficial,
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,
• Own reliable transport to get to and from work.
