Based on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, this 5-star property is known as a historic landmark in the Winelands. We are seeking experienced CHEF DE PARTIE to join a highly driven and dynamic team.
The ideal individual for the CDP position has previous working experience as a CDP in a 5* environment, someone who is passionate about hospitality and food production, self-motivated, detail orientated, calm and able to perform under pressure. A pre-requisite is that the individual resides in the Winelands area. A formal Culinary Education will be advantageous. Experience in Hot and Cold section, excellent operational and leadership skills essential.
The Key Role is to take part in all food preparation and cooking activities.
REMUNERATION:
R10 000 Basic
