Allée Bleue Wines, situated in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Winemaker. The incumbent should possess a formal qualification in Oenology and Viticulture and previous experience will count in your favour but is not a prerequisite. You will report to the winemaker and will be involved in all winemaking processes, from vineyard to bottle.
The position needs to be filled before Harvest 2024 and although temporary (January`24 to June`24) , it will be reassessed after harvest to become a permanent position. In return the company is offering a market related salary.
