Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and understanding the full range of wines available at the venue to customers.
Responsibilities:

Preparation and set-up of wine tasting equipment.

Conduct tastings in a friendly and professional manner.
-
Presenting full range of wines to customer.
-
Stock control and management.
-
Maintain set housekeeping and hygiene standards.
-
Follow correct opening and closing procedures.
-
Follow correct food handling procedures.
-
Ensure correct sales are processed.
-
Ensure correct purchases are boxed/bagged.
