Work from home - Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team. This will be a half day position, the successful candidate will be able to work from home.  



  • Liaise with suppliers for quotes
  • Create Purchase orders and capturing thereof
  • Supplier reconciliations and processing of invoices


  • Creating quotes and sending out of invoices
  • Monthly Debtors reconciliation and statements sent to customers for payment


  • Monthly bank reconciliations on Xero
  • Allocate payments received and supplier payments to correct accounts


  • Completing daily time sheets on excel
  • Managing of plant hire timetable and time sheets
  • General HR

Skills required:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience in Xero
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • At least 5 years’ experience in office administration
