We are looking for a Sous Chef to relocate to the UK and  join our exceptional team at Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens based in Horsham West Sussex England. 

The ideal person will be someone with a British Citizenship or a right to work in the UK however this is not a requirement.

Nestled near Horsham, the enchanting setting of Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens provides a picturesque backdrop for culinary creativity. Are you an enthusiastic and aspiring Chef with a burning desire for an opportunity to work towards the coveted role of Sous Chef? We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our daytime team, where you'll play a crucial part in crafting scrumptious breakfasts and lunches for our valued patrons at this historic and captivating destination. In addition to your culinary responsibilities, you will also take charge and oversee kitchen operations when the Head Chef is not present.

Shifts: 40 hours per week - *Daytime shifts*. Be prepared for a 5 out of 7 working pattern, including weekends and occasional evenings and early mornings.
