Spookfontein Restaurant is looking for a new Head Chef to take over the kitchen on the picturesque wine farm in the Hemel en Aarde Valley. Spookfontein is a 60 pax restaurant, serving lunch Tuesday to Sunday, with the occasional wedding and evening function. 

The ideal candidate would want to create a small, focused menu - an expression of their style of cooking and the beautiful surrounds. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative Chef to lead a small but dedicated team and make the kitchen and the menu their own.

Current Sous Chefs are welcome to apply, as long as you have the temperament, cooking skills and administrative ability to run a kitchen.
