We are hiring! Position available for a Restaurant Manager

Work hours: 9 hours per day, five days per week (late shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts, overtime and last-minute changes)

Duties:

Day to day management of outlet assigned to
Maintain and improve the high quality of service to ensure guests receive 5-star experiences
Assuming responsibility for the overall operations of outlets
Responsible for meeting sales goals
Develop innovative ideas in conjunction with managers to ensure continuation of outlets
Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers and accounting for daily sales. Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day.
Responsible for staff schedule and training
Handle all guest experience issues in a courteous and respectful manner
To learn and uphold the principles and goals of Lanzerac
Ability to work most weekends and holidays
All duties associated with managerial position
Any other duties assigned

Must have:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position with good managerial skills
• Wine Knowledge
• People skills
• Own transport
• Well groomed


Must be:

Energetic
Loyal and hard working
Punctual
Hard Working
