Fast-growing finance & technology company with Head Office based in Stellenbosch is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator who will be reporting directly to the CEO. The company has branches in other African countries, so if you are passionate about Africa and willing to work in a developing world context, this will be an added bonus!

The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, extremely organised, well presented & willing to assist with a wide range of tasks  - from taking minutes at meetings to pouring a glass of wine! In addition to the above, a positive attitude, adventurous spirit and a sense of humour will all be extremely helpful.


  • Completed Gr 12
  • Tertiary qualification in Office Administration will be an added bonus
  • Min 5 years previous experience in an Executive PA / Office Manager role
  • PC Literacy – MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to function under pressure
  • Valid drivers license & own vehicle


  • Reception duties
  • Diary Management & PA for CEO & Executives
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Receiving visitors
  • Serving refreshments
  • Managing office affairs, from maintenance to parking to fire drills
  • Managing cleaning staff
  • Liaising with building manager
  • Limited HR admin functions
  • Staff welfare
