Your mission will be to ensure consistent revenue (GSV) and volume (ROS) as per your targets. This will come from driving GSV and ROS with existing customers and doing new installations.

Reports into the Sales Manager and Collaborate with Clients, Event organizers, Brand ambassadors, Trainers, Operations, Mixologists, Finance and Senior Management.

• Completed Grade 12 (SA) with further education beneficial
• Liquor industry knowledge and experience, including industry sales experience
• New business development
• Managing existing customer accounts.
• Place of work - mix of work-from-home, on-the-road and at outlets
• Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 09h00 50 17h00 (often18h00) with occasional overtime / weekends

Main Duties
• As per sales targets, sign up new customers for installations (which includes meetings, tastings, screenings, site surveys etc.),
• Servicing existing customers, achieving consistent ROS and GSV targets
• Managing cocktail mix and pricing at/below Brand RSP pricing
• Identify and drive successful campaigns that reach campaign objectives
• Maximize visibility opportunities at the client, including tap visibility, Menu/Table Talkers/Posters etc. Structuring when specials / promotions run - in our world specials and promos are the same thing. We don’t run activations in outlet and when we do we regard it as an event.
• Rebating customers for stock on promotions completed
• Setup and conduct tastings as and when needed
• Refer training required, to the to be run by the ambassadors
• Call adherence and performance
• Call cycle completion and CMD management / clean up Customer service rating
• Asset management
