We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our small, owner-driven organization as a Property Administrator and Accounts Clerk.

This dynamic role involves managing properties, overseeing accounts, and providing essential administrative support to our groups trading companies.

Responsibilities

Property administration
- Manage day-to-day activities related to property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with property regulations and internal policies.

Finance/Accounts - Oversee and manage all financial transactions related to the properties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Conduct regular financial analyses and reports for property stakeholders.

Tenant Relations - Effectively communicate with tenants regarding financial matters and inquiries. Coordinate and manage rent collection processes. Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Accounts Clerk - Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for review. Administrative Support. Assist with general administrative tasks for trading companies, including correspondence and documentation. Contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property administration and basic accounting.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Motivated by goals and committed to contributing to the success of the organization.
