Our client in Stellenbosch is looking for a Brand Administrator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities are:
Social Media planning and execution
Planning of client exposure, check accuracy of information shared to create the bi-monthly magazine
Responsible for admin-related excel sheets to align with deadlines
Maintenance of entry sheet column relating to social media exposure
Merchandise Dispatch client follow ups
Capture new client registrations
Weekly Website updates
Weekly admin update to Management showing progress made
Team support on admin overflow tasks
Confirming of new client information
Capture new client info into the system
Manage your own timesheet to ensure that tasks are executed on/in time.
Minimum requirements:
Presentable and able to represent the brand on various levels
Excellent telephone etiquette
Driven & Passionate about service excellence
Previous work experience in handling volumes of administration
Working with tight timelines and deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent typing skills and excellent English language both typing and speaking
Previous work track record - excellent
Previous experience handling responsibilities where time management played a vital role will be an added advantage
Being able to work well in Excel with excellent computer skills
