Skills and experience:

1. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.  Any other language skills would be advantageous.
2. Strong organisational and planning skills, excellent time management and ability to manage workload without supervision.
3. Excellent problem solving, ‘thinking on your feet’ and attention to detail.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to be assertive.
5. Previous experience in a junior/middle management position in hospitality or wine tourism.
6. Networking and sales skills.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Drivers’ licence and own transport.
