responsibilities will include:
- develop and implement hr strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- design and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- foster a positive work environment and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
this position will require a degree in human resource management with proven experience in senior hr management. experience, and/or exposure to hospitality and agriculture will be advantageous. strong knowledge of employment laws & regulations (including esta) is imperative.
apart from the abovementioned you will have highly developed communication skills coupled with a problem solving attitude. you will have an emphatic approach yet lead by providing clear structure and treat every interaction with a discrete and decisive action.
