? Job Description:
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for running our Tasting Room, Restaurant, Function Venue, and Accommodation. Your main goal? To make sure every guest leaves with a smile!

? Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the tasting room and leading our awesome team
- Arranging private and group wine tastings
- Working closely with our Chef, Wine Consultant, and Social Media Manager
- Keeping our clients happy and coming back for more
- Building relationships with tourism associations and other wine experts
- Organizing events and functions that people will rave about
- Handling online wine sales and keeping track of our stock
- Providing monthly stats and data to keep us on track
- Creating a guest-centric culture that's second to none

? Requirements:
- High school diploma (Matric); bonus points for a hospitality/marketing degree
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of wine tasting, hospitality, and customer service
- Good with computers, especially Excel
- Valid driver's license and your own transport
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- VERY IMPORTANT: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, especially during events.
