Purpose: To interact and engage with customers, present wine tastings & tours and process sales in order to ensure an excellent customer experience, increase sales and brand visibility.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification in the wine industry will be an advantage
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English is required
- Ability to speak a second language (other than English) will be an advantage
- IT literacy on an advanced level (Word, Excel & SAP)
- Weekend work required (2 weekends per month)
- Code 10 driver’s license ( PDP would be an advantage)

Job Summary:
- Attend to walk in customers and visitors
- Provide information and education regarding KWV brands and offerings
- Process sales on Point of Sales system
- Conduct wine tastings as well as food and wine pairings
- Conduct tours of the facilities
- Administrative duties
- Ensure that the facilities are adhering to safety and quality standards at all times
Preference will be given to EE candidates
