We are seeking an operationally strong Restaurant Manager to join our client, a five-star property in the Stellenbosch Winelands. Own reliable transport essential.

Key responsibility is to oversee and manage the Restaurant operations, provide excellent customer service and play an important part in the overall food and beverage operations.

Position Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification an advantage

• Hands-on approach to food and beverage operations

• Strong wine knowledge

• Able to lead and manage a team effectively

• Computer literate and Opera experience

• Previous relevant 5-star experience

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Must reside near Stellenbosch

• Guest and service centric

• Mature and well spoken

Remuneration: R20 000 Plus benefits
