Our client, a professional audit and accountancy firm in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Receptionist. The position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Relevant tertiary education advantageous
 
The role include improvement of reception productivity, answering the company telephones professionally, interact positively with customers forging strong customer relationships, taking messages, transfer call, ensure that office policies, processes and procedures are successfully implemented.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 
• Matric
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in secretarial apposition
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
• Computer literate
• Well-groomed and professional
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to multi task
• Technical skills
• Empathy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
 
REMUNERATION: R10 000 – R15 000 pm, depending on qualification and experience
