Strong disciplined Sous chef required for this Estate in Somerset West.  Must have at least 5 years of very strong Italian cuisine, hands on experience (this is non-negotiable!).  Must be very well versed in the making of focaccia, fresh pastas, risotto, seafood preparation, traditional dishes and the understanding and deep love for the cuisine.  Forward thinking and an obsession with creating amazing food and guest experiences, in a structured, consistent manner.  

Must be open to closely working with restaurant management and owners to grow the business, must be able to take constructive criticism and to create a positive working environment.  Please only apply if you have the necessary and strong background in Italian food and a real understanding of the cuisine and food preparation.
