We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Accommodation Manager. In this role, you will assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Supervising support staff, such housekeepers, and directing their daily duties;
- Keeping track of inventory and cleanliness;
- Overseeing and operating the guest house;
- Conducting sanitary inspections;
- Taking care of reservations and attending to guest house visitors;
- Ensuring that guests are welcomed when they arrive and that they are accompanied to their room;
- Managing all lobby activities and seeing to the functionality of the guest house amenities;
- Training staff and managing staff schedules and shifts;
- The ability to work under pressure and to solve problems;
- Bold Personality, friendly, hardworking.
Experience:
- Assistant Manager/Managing a Guest house.: 2 years (Required)
Required:
- Own vehicle with a valid license – Essential;
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends and public holidays;
- Good administration skills – Essential;
- Guest orientated ;
- Works well under pressure and be able to make decisions.
