Our client, a 6-bedroomed Hotel in Koringberg is seeking to employ a Junior Chef de Partie / Culinarily Graduate who is wanting to up-skill and to gain further industry experience.

The Key Role will be to take part in the daily kitchen food preparation and cooking activities.

The ideal individual is passionate about the industry and cooking. We are looking for a junior chef with preferably experience in hot and cold section. A formal Culinary Education will be advantageous. Only applicants from the local vicinity of Koringberg (West Coast District) will be accepted.

Remuneration: Industry related salary.
