A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a Food & Beverage Assistant. We are looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable candidates to be appointed in the above mentioned position.
Duties include:
- Prepare / serve hot and cold beverages as required by guests
- Ensure a clean and neat work area
- Inform guests about the different beverages on offer and provide quick and friendly service
- Keep stock levels up and report when stock needs to be ordered
- Ensure that equipment is in good condition and report any faults or maintenance needed to management
- Assist with serving of guests / tables
- Other tasks as requested by management
Requirements :
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills ( English and Afrikaans)
- Must be willing to work weekends and during functions when required
- Previous wine experience preferential
