Robertson Winery has an exciting career opportunity for a Bottling Manager to join their production team, based in Robertson (Western Cape).

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, analytical Individual with a meticulous approach to work and exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills. This position is ideal for someone that thrives in a high-pressure environment where multi-tasking is required.

The incumbent will be responsible for: *production scheduling of all glass packaging products *execution of the production plan, ensuring that adequate volumes of goods are manufactured within quality standards and stock control parameters *adapting production schedule as needed *continuous monitoring of actual production vs planned production *compilation and monitoring of production schedule to ensure optimal capacity utilization and production efficiencies *liaising with supply chain to ensure raw material availability and stock levels of finished products *collaborating with maintenance personnel to ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment *identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction within the bottling process *recording and reporting of production statistics *productive & effective management of production lines *production staff management *ensure production processes, policies, procedures, and work instructions are followed and all employees are properly trained *ensure that company health and safety standards are maintained *all other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant diploma/degree;
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in a similar role in the FMCG/Food/Bottling & planning environment;
• Strong numerical skills & excellent interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office required, knowledge of SYSPRO advantageous).
