We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the chance to indulge your passion for wine and represent a portfolio of award-winning vintages. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help us continue to grow our market presence and cultivate a loyal clientele who share our love for exceptional wine.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for: (not limited to) Responsible to maintain organic sales growth of existing business and to create new business. Expand relationships with national distributor and other direct identified clients as per sales strategy. Ensure to achieve sales targets and assigned account objectives and to ultimately enhance performance of the brands through volume and value growth.  

Main KPI's: 

  1. Client relationship management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Create unique engagement between the key account customers and brands.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns and needs in region.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
  1. Sales growth
  • Achieve sales targets, volume objectives set for assigned key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within established accounts through upselling and cross selling strategies.
  • Understand specific needs, opportunities & customer requests to target future growth.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet key client needs and requirements.
  1. Account planning:
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account sales and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within key accounts.
  1. Internal coordination, leadership and control
  • Perform brand/product trainings on all levels to enhance product knowledge to sell with confidence.
  • Understand each SKU/product costing, while being comfortable with the ROI calculation formula/table to always maintain and improve profit margin.
  1. Contract negotiation
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key account clients to ensure terms and conditions are favourable to the company.
  • Monitor the performance of and compliance with contract / sla. Address discrepancies as they arise.
  1. Execute promotions and listing drives & brand representation.
  • Maintain an awareness of all competitors’ current promotions and advertisements.
  • Execute promotions and marketing strategies for all key account customers.
  • Execute and represent special events, festivals, and marketing programs to enhance the image and reputation of the brand in the market place.
  • Implement and distribute point of sale materials for key accounts.
  • Act as brand ambassador, when necessary, on site or in the field.
  • Participate in welcoming clients and prospects on and off site.
  • Contribute actively towards developing the scope of product and brand awareness.
  1. Contribute to intra-group synergies.
  • Participate in Advini SA group meetings and leverage group.

       8. Contribute to improving margins and cashflow/working capital.

  • Monthly activity to ensure reduction of slow rotation stock.
  • Monthly monitoring of margin along with management controllers, to reduce any differences.
