A vacancy exists for a SHE Officer to join our team.  The successful candidate will report directly to the SHERQ Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and administrate Supplier Quality Assurance Program.
  • Management of central document control system. (incl. Documented Management System and central information records. (Sharepoint documents uploading, approval and maintenance)
  • Co-ordinates and actions non-conformance system.
  • Responsible for Legal appointments and maintenance thereof.
  • Assist with risk assessments and investigation of incidents.
  • Manage Ethical management system.
  • SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
  • Reporting

Skills & Qualifications required:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a Health and Safety/Environmental/FMCG and Ethical systems environment.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information system administration.
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience SAP.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
