Accounts Administrator - Exports

Reporting to the International Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate and control Export shipments from collection to final delivery in accordance with internal and external requirements incl. customs.


  • Processing and management of export orders
  • Customer communication regarding updates on loading and shipment details
  • Liaison with relevant stakeholders to follow up on status of orders both internal and external
  • Submission of relevant documentation to customers and Freight forwarders within the agreed timelines
  • Processing of documentation as per customer specific requirements
  • Processing of all export documentation
  • Liaison with freight forwarders
  • Handling of customer complaints relating to the loading of orders and documentation

Skills & Qualifications required:

  • Grade 12
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification in logistics/administration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FMCG export and or logistics environment
  • PC literate MS Office, Excel and with experience in the use of relevant SAP modules
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
