This 100-seater restaurant will provide all-day dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
We seek an experienced GENERAL MANAGER with a strong Food and Beverage background, an unwavering passion for service excellence, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments.
Position Requirements:
Qualification in Food and Beverage Management · at least 5 year’s managerial experience in a sophisticated dining environment · proficient wine knowledge · previous experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial · strong ability to manage and develop a team
