Kleinood Farm, home of Tamboerskloof wines & de Boerin, is looking for a General Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with an interest in marketing, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and enthusiastic about customer / client / visitors relationships.
Among other things, daily tasks include assisting the marketing team with campaigns, events and projects, as well as managing customer / client relationships and visitor experiences. Occasional tasks include assisting the creative team with product research and production management, including packaging layouts.
Excellent computer literacy and English language skills are non-negotiable. Basic Excel and InDesign knowledge is a bonus, but successful candidate will be expected to use these regularly.
In-office on Kleinood Farm, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasional local travel and overtime. Remuneration package will be negotiated, coupled to experience and skills.

Campaign Management
Assist strategy team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage partners & stakeholders.
Oversee budget, timelines & deliverables.

Events Assistant
Assist in research & concept.
Assist logistics team to ensure smooth execution
Assist in managing suppliers, budget, timelines & deliverables.
Manage events marketing, ticket sales & RSVPs.
Assist in hosting VIPs and media.
Reporting.
Sales Marketing Assistant
Manage existing client relationships.
Grow client database through research, digital communication, orchestrated drops & trade visits.
Assist logistics team in fulfilling orders.
Reporting.
Customer Experience Assistant
Oversee customer experience on the farm.
Assist in overseeing maintenance.
Reporting.
Product Development Assistant
Research and budgeting for new products.
Assist design team in updating labels and packaging.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure consistency in look & feel.
