We are seeking candidates who are not only capable of but also enthusiastic about taking on diverse tasks. Harvest season demands dedication, so you should be prepared to work long hours, including weekends. Punctuality and teamwork are crucial attributes we value in our interns.
Responsibilities:
As a Harvest Intern at Neethlingshof, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of winemaking during the harvest season. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Grape reception, Controlling fermentation, Additions, Pump-overs, Punch downs, Maintaining cellar hygiene, and Barrel filling
Requirements:
Own transportation is essential for this role.
