• Up to date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practice
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent memory skills
• Ability to thrive and work under pressure, with high-level multiple tasking abilities
• Competent level of written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Good level of numeracy
• Be an energetic, positive and level-headed individual who works well as a team player
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
