We are seeking an experienced manager for a busy restaurant in the heart of Stellenbosch.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Minimum of 3-4 years Hospitality Supervisory/Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of wine and food service.
• Good eye for details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in team collaboration, creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literate – Excel, POS Systems etc.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
