De Grendel Wine Estate, situated in the Durbanville Wine Valley, is seeking a temporary receptionist to join their Tasting Room & Restaurant teams for a 5-month period.
Duties will include: Answering the telephone and emails of the Tasting Room and Restaurant, taking bookings for Tasting Room and Restaurant, general daily administration, directing guests, assisting walk-in guests with wine sales.
Requirements: Able to work on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, fluent in English and Afrikaans, excellent reading and writing skills, a good understanding of wine would be beneficial, passion for customer service and wine, own transport and flexible to work weekends and public holidays as well as the majority of December.
