Tasting Room Manager

Leipzig Winery, situated in the Nuy Valley, Worcester Wine Route, has the above opportunity available for a well-presented individual with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English).

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *Wine sales and tastings at the tasting room *Arranging and coordinating wine sales to restaurants and shops *Basic day to day admin *Handling of incoming orders and deliveries *SAWIS and excise duties *Entries for wine competitions and awards *Stock control and all other duties related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Sales, Marketing or Commerce);
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the wine industry;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport;
• Must be willing to work public holidays and Saturdays.

This is a live-in position (non-negotiable) - Farm cottage accommodation available for the successful candidate.
