Our esteemed client, a distinguished winery and fine dining establishment nestled in the heart of the Stellenbosch Wine Route, has garnered acclaim for its exceptional wines and unparalleled experiences. The restaurant presents an array of curated platters, as well as elevated wine-paired lunches and dinners.

We seek a professional Receptionist who share our client’s passion for the hospitality industry. Prior experience in a Reception Role at a sophisticated establishment is preferred.

As Restaurant Receptionist you will assume the role of answering the telephones, taking restaurant bookings on Dine Plan. Meeting, greeting and seating guests. Delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements and Experience:

• Previous experience in a Reception Role at a sophisticated property essential

• Computer literacy: Dine Plan / MS-Office

• Excellent Customer service skills

• Well-presented and professional

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required

• A guest-centric and service-oriented approach is crucial

• Working hours: 5 days per week (Weekend Work is required)

• A passion for the hospitality industry is essential

Remuneration: Competitive salary

Start Date: Priority Position
