Creditors Clerk

Historic Wines of the Cape in the Franschhoek Valley are seeking a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following

* total creditor administration * monthly reconciliations * capturing and processing of invoices * prepare and execute payment runs to suppliers * maintain accurate records of all financial transactions * handling of supplier inquiries * filing * ad hoc tasks

The following criteria apply

* at least four years of experience in a similar position * appropriate tertiary qualification * outstanding communication skills * ability to work accurately * strong work discipline, with the ability to cope under pressure * thorough administrative and numeracy skills * excellent computer proficiency
