The restaurant tells the story of Cape Town’s diverse culture, food and entertainment to create a quintessential Cape flavour experience.
We seek an experienced SENIOR MANAGER with a strong Food and Beverage background, an unwavering passion for service excellence, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments. The ideal individual is knowledgeable about Cape Malay-style dining.
Position Requirements:
Qualification in Food and Beverage Management preferred · Strong operational and management skillset · at least 3 year’s managerial experience in a high-end dining environment · previous experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial ·strong ability to manage and develop a team
