We have 2 opportunities for talented PRIVATE CHEFS in Cape Town’s City Bowl and Beachfront.

We are looking for experienced, hands-on Chefs with at least 3 years Head Chef experience in a dynamic kitchen environment, Hospitality / Culinary qualification, Valid driver’s license essential, strong managerial and organisational skill set, ability to design weekly menus with a focus on balanced, healthy meals. It will be expected to also cater for group sizes up to 12 guests, when required. Breakfast, lunch and dinners. Baking skills will be beneficial. Stable track record.

Off-site living.

PERSONAL SKILLS:

Engaging, excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong planning ability, and adaptable.

POSITION SPECS:

• Valid driver’s License

• Weekly menu planning for the families (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

• Kitchen management, and operations

• Catering when required

• Food purchasing

• Assisting the Housekeeper with certain managerial duties

• Vehicle on-site for running errands
