Our client is an ever-expanding luxury hospitality portfolio in Franschhoek and is known for unique guest experiences. We have a dynamic career opportunity to an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing / Sales / Tourism to spearhead the daily operations of the luxury portfolio’s Wine Studio.

You will excel in this role if you lead the team in offering exceptional fine wine tastings to guests, possess great social skills accompanied with strict discipline regarding tasting room etiquette, sales systems administration, stock control and time management.

Experience and Skill:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing / Sales / Tourism

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a Tasting Room / Wine Studio

• Valid drivers’ license

• Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail

• Experience in a 5-star environment would be advantageous

• Excellent timekeeping and good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Winelands region.

Remuneration details:

Highly competitive basic salary with benefits (add-on approach)
