The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for pastry arts and a desire to enhance their skills. They should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and effective time management abilities. A proven track record of success in a professional kitchen is essential.

Position Requirements

• Formal qualification in Patisserie / Culinary Arts
• Matric
• Exceptional pastry skills and proven track record
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Start Date: Priority Position
